"Kingdom Come: Deliverance II" is a remarkable sequel that elevates the medieval role-playing experience to new heights. Set in 15th-century Bohemia, the game continues the journey of Henry, a blacksmith's son, as he navigates a world rich in historical authenticity and intricate storytelling. One of the game's standout features is its unwavering commitment to realism. The developers at Warhorse Studios have meticulously crafted a world where every action has consequences, and players must consider their choices carefully. The game's systems are deeply interconnected, requiring players to engage thoughtfully with the environment and its inhabitants. The progression system is both challenging and rewarding. Skills improve through practice, meaning that to become proficient with a sword, players must dedicate time to training and combat. This approach adds a layer of immersion, making character development feel organic and earned. Visually, the game is stunning. The landscapes of Bohemia are rendered with breathtaking detail, from dense forests to bustling villages. The attention to historical accuracy in architecture, clothing, and societal structures enhances the immersive experience, transporting players to a bygone era. The narrative is compelling, offering a mix of political intrigue, personal vendettas, and moral dilemmas. Side quests are meaningful and enrich the main storyline, providing depth to the world and its characters. The dialogue system is robust, allowing for nuanced interactions that can significantly impact the game's outcome. Combat has seen significant improvements over the original game. While maintaining a realistic and challenging approach, the mechanics are more refined, offering a smoother and more responsive experience. However, players should be prepared for a steep learning curve, as the game does not shy away from presenting formidable opponents. In conclusion, "Kingdom Come: Deliverance II" is a triumph in the RPG genre. Its dedication to realism, intricate mechanics, and rich storytelling make it a must-play for fans seeking an immersive medieval adventure. The game not only builds upon the foundation of its predecessor but also sets a new standard for historical role-playing games.

I just couldent get into this one, it feels like a copy paste of the first game in so many ways and in some cases they made it even worse.... Quests are so boring and made for the only reason of wasting your time and making game feel longer, theres multiple fetch quests like go pick up 5 sacks and move them to somewhere else, its quests that just feels brainless and pointless and to make it totaly clear that its made for wasting your time, you got quest like pick up a corpse and bring it somewhere, you would think "lets call our horse and drop it on the back of it" but no....your simply not even allowed to do that, no you have to freaking walk forever instend......its crazy. For quests to be worth while they need to have a small story arc to them, there is a few quests like that but most are boring stories. Next theres the censorship which might be the worng word since there are a few sex scenes and nude scenes, but going to the bathhouse where you can pay for a prostitute all that does is make the screen go black and you hear moans, its simply just lazzyness from the developers nothing else and this is why it would never stand a chance vs the real AAA games which people loves, then you might think that the more story related girls would show atleast something right? but thats a no yet again, even a girl at a wedding which you can romance goes to black screen....it really is one of the biggest failures in a game that tries to be realistic and it just removes any point of doing romance stuff 90% of the time, also no game should ever have black screens instend of content, i mean this is supposed to be an 18+ game so why hide so much? In total i saw 2 love scenes even though you could romance multiple girls. Also i have no clue what the developers are thinking when making quests, just look at the one where you help a girl get a bath house up and running, you have a simi long quest to collect fleas, ruin some wine and steal bath perfume all ment to really piss off a member of the counsil in town, when you have finaly done it all and you cant wait to see how that scene will play out with all the things you have done, it just goes "quest done" i mean whats the point then? i was expecting some fun scene seeing how everything would work out but the developers simply just skips that and you get a "quest done" instend of a fun scene? stuff like this is the reason they will never make a truely great game but just an average waste of time. Next theres the economy which is insanely bad and yet another thing to make you waste so much time on things that just shouldent be there, every trader in towns even the biggest town has no money, they average 400-900 gold and when your items has values of 500-2000+ it means you can sell just one or two items and thats it, then you need to run to next traders and even going to all in main city wont empty your inventory....its just so awefull that it ruins the fun. Its also another thing the ruins the realistic feeling they want it to have so badly, since apprently they never sell anything from the 50k+ inventory they have to sell from.....it just makes no sense. Theres also alot of bugs, quest not working like the toll quest the camp where your supposed to go to is simply not even there and even doing main story your met with black screens in normal talk scenes not romance stuff just normal talk, theres also quest that can leave you game-over forced to reload saves from an hour earliere which can be really annoying. The most annoying one has to be the wine issue where you cant pick up a wine and progress the quest, so your forced to restart the hole quest and its very very long and extremly boring since you simply just stand around doing close to nothing. As for the ending its kinda alright but theres still no true ending and plenty of things left undone and unknown, maybe they want to make a 3rd game but i wouldent really care if they did or not.

I wanna love the game like i did with the first but i dont. its in a broken state like most games now days, there is way to much bloat talking and i have now ended up just skippin most even the cut scenes, with the horrid lip sync, the comabt mech is way to simplified and ur still able to stun lock or be stun locked, alot of the missions are just go from a to b and back multiple times and play detective in this area, and i just end up feeling like with the cut scenes and all the talking that its just to waste my time... not to speak of the new thief system sounded nice until you realise it just makes it worse even if you steal something completly unseen in the area, there is a chance that when you have stolen items the catchpole wanna search youre pockets, and it only happens if you got stolen items, if you stole some hat, from a store the trader will reconice that specific item as if there is still a sale tag on it or somethin?. and i dont know if its a engien problem or what but the map has also but cut in two, meanin you gotta pay to travel between them and just bein a huge anoyiance. and be aware the into/toturial is pretty long and mostly cutscenes and talking so you cant refund the game... Edit: forgot to mention if you fight a enemy (bandit or what ever) and anothere set of enemys sense you like a pack of wolfs, now the lets say single bandit you almost got has a pack of wolfs fightin for him cuz the games AI only atacks you..
