I bought Farming Simulator 2025 thinking it’d be something chill to play after work.
You know — plant a few crops, drive a tractor, maybe sell some grain.
Now I’m 581 hours deep, my sleep schedule is wrecked, and I’ve started saying things like “I can’t go out tonight, I’ve got to fertilize field 12.”
AI Helper C still drives like he’s blindfolded and drunk, and somehow manages to get stuck in the one tree in a 200-acre field. Every time I hire him, I can literally feel my wallet crying.
I’ve learned more about soil types, crop rotation, and diesel efficiency than I ever did in school.
The game told me it’d be relaxing — but there’s nothing relaxing about bailing hay at 3:47 a.m. because rain’s in the forecast.
My girlfriend told me I’m “too obsessed.”
She doesn’t get it. You can’t just leave a combine halfway through harvesting canola. That’s madness.
Graphics are unreal. Sound design too. My cat actually freaked out when I revved up a tractor — thought I’d smuggled a John Deere into the apartment.
Multiplayer is chaos in the best way.
Had a guy on voice chat yell “STOP SELLING MY SILAGE!” before disconnecting forever. Miss you, buddy.

Spillet er desværre fyldt med fejl, stadigvæk! Kan ikke lide de nye teksturer på halmskår, Hø (ligner lort), der er en del flickering in cab i flere traktorer (first person), Såmaskiner der tipper over/om på siden, når man bakker med dem. mange maskiner og traktorer sidder fast på kantsten. Teksturen på markerne skulle de have beholdt fra FS22. Og der er sikkert 100 vis af andre fejl i spillet. som jeg ikke har opdaget endnu, og sikkert nogle jeg har glemt!
At udgive et spil fyldt med så mange fejl, og fejl som altid har været i FS som aldrig er blevet løst er latterligt. Det kan på ingen måde være 3års udvikling siden FS22 og hvis det er det, så skal GIANTS godt nok tage sig sammen. Grafik mæssigt ser du stadig grafik som det var fra 15 år siden.
Slightly better looking FS22. That's it. Same equipment pretty much and a few new addons with the Beans etc. More options in FS22, so stick with that for now.
Still enjoying it, but this just feels like a reskin. was looking forward for the new Tire-track system, but it just feels "Meh" at best.. I wanna fight the Nature, Mud, soil etc. Make my Machines work to their fulliest. Unfortuneately it just feels like the same "Delete pixels". The better graphics help, but we are still long away from a good Immersion. It looks too clean and the same Harvest after harvest..
And I know what im talking about, being a former Mobile-crane operator, driving 20+ Tons Heavy Duty Forklifts, Tractors for extraction tasks and ofcourse the craning.
