O jogo está bem desbalanceado, sofre com vários crash, mecânicas novas tirou toda essência do neutro,, abuso de pulos graças as trades, strings com golpes fracos (mesmo em teoria sendo negativos) e etc... talvez com atualizações futuras eu mude minha ideia sobre o jogo.

Pretty good game, has nice and innovative mechanics that are easy to learn but take a while to master. The introduction of the Modern control scheme is a good measure to bring new players into the game despite being unfair in certain matchups for a good number of reasons (walking SPDs and effortless supers for example). Parries return from Third Strike are much easier to perform, though the reward is greatly increased if you land one perfectly. Drive Impact opens up combo possibilities in the corner, feels like I'm playing MvC with certain characters. Kinda frustrating how you can mash and still hit your opponent with it though.
Battle Hub is a hit or miss, you'll rarely find people of your skill level, higher ranked players for the most part, but it's still a pretty fun experience where you can also fight other players with your own avatar (if you play World Tour mode) or even enjoy some of Capcom's rotating retro games.
At the time of writing, Akuma is dominating online play and with good reason - he is overloaded with tools and can tick throw you with no chance of escape, hoping for a nerf soon.
Like many others have pointed out in reviews though, the shop system is predatory and horrible, you are not allowed to buy characters directly from the Steam store, rather you must purchase a digital coin inside the game that you can use to buy individual characters. Sadly a lot of fighting games are dependant in microtransactions like this nowadays.
All in all, buy it on sale.
