Day 1;
Morning;
A zombie broke through the window. Managed to take it out. Still, this house in not safe. There are too many dead around and I only have 1 golfstick.
Midday;
Went inside a house and was shocked to find 2 zombies occupying it. My golfstick broke during the fight. Took them out with my bare hands but only barely. No scratches or bites, thank God. Still no sign of a weapon.
Evening;
I need to sleep but how can I when I constantly hear the dead outside and no weapon to defend myself. If they break inside the house during the night I will be helpless. Still, I need to try and get some rest if I want to survive this.
If anyone reads this it means I didn't make it. I pray to God you are more lucky.

First run-through started promising! Found an axe within minutes, covered all the windows of my own house and plenty of food to keep a low profile for a week. The Z's were no match for the ultimate survivor, namely ME.
Until I forgot to turn off the oven at night and my house burned down, killing me in my sleep.

Well I guess I've played this enough to know where I stand with it, buy it, just freakin buy it already. I've been with zomboid since before steam and I can say this, it just gets better every month, literally. Now if you're one of those people that needs npc's so badly you lash out at your fellow humans you're in luck there's a mod, well 2 but that's beside the point, called super survivors, it's great it works and the creator is a master at his craft. Anyways just buy it, look it up its one of the most realistic immersive zombie apocalypse survival games in existence, hands down.
