but the endgame is not so great. so i play the game on pc and phone so i can have fun while i am not at home.
at the moment i have nearly 50 carreers and 50h played and not one uma has a 3 star spark.
i understand it will happen at some point but for me this is not fun at all.
there are hundrets of umas playable in the game and when i imagine to farm 3 star sparks for some of them how long do you think this will take? I will play this game casually daily 2 carreers maybe but the feeling to not make any progress is not great at all.
the gatcha in this game is terrible even worse than genshin impact. to get the desired card you have to pull 200 times and then you can "buy!" the card you whished. that is an insane amount of money. yeah you get some free pulls at some point but still the worse gatcha i have ever seen maybe eyual to once human.
we are 18 people on discord and only one of us has got a copy of kitasan black before reaching the 200 pulls thats insane.
and frome these 18 people only 3 of us had luck with 3 star sparks.
the game is fun but if you want to see some progress that don't take 100 hours this game isn't for you
Started playing for the memes - stayed for the fun. Kinda addicting, even for F2P players. Do not advise this game for anybody mastering the technique of quick drawing wallets.
RNG trash and menu simulator. The career mode takes waaaaaay too long for the constant onslaught of bad bullshit rng; that also seems to be rigged. 3% chance to lose? yeah, you will lose that 3% and get a sickness plus mood down plus lose stats plus lose multiple turns. Afterwards the chance is 2%. Guess what? You will lose again. Press rest button and your Uma will get sick at random. A single negative event ruins your run and a run takes 40min to an hour+. The gacha is also quite horrible. I did reroll a ton and why the fuck is that useless grasswonder card on rigged/hidden rate up? Get free 5* uma ticket after a week of quests? Guess what? I got the same Uma that I got from the selector, bumping my 3* uma count from 1 to 1. Smells of rng manipulation. All in all, Uma musume is a rage inducing time waster. You might like it now, but when your 100th run fails due to some rng bullshit, you will alt+f4 the shit out of this game faster than you can say "FUCK YOU CYGAMES!"
I also played the jp version two years ago and I don't remember the RNG being this shitty. Back then I could do runs without being hardfucked by RNG. This is impossible now in this version. Hit the rest button here - get instant sickness alsmost every time.
Edit: Now that the Kita san support is here, I got excatly 1 Kita san in 345 pulls. Yeah sure, rigged a f. I was saving since release, now my account is trash and I might as well uinstall. Cygames gacha is waay worse than any of the mihoyo garbage, thats how terrible it is. If they believe they can make such an inhuman abomanation of a rigged pull system, they should at least have the courtsey to give me a seamless open world.
I played gacha since 2017 and this has to be to worst gacha I've ever experienced. 345 pulls 1 rate up, 0 MLB meta SRs. all I pull is the Biwa SR card. Rigged to hell and back, is all I can say. Cygames is historically the reason why the gacha spark/pity was invented, due to their greed in Gran Blue Fantasy, which caused outrage. Crazy to see that nothing has changed.
