Pre-ordered the deluxe edition First impressions: Major improvement than the previous Demon slayer game with many additional content and characters. Is it worth the 60$ asking price? If you’re only interested in the Story mode and the offline content I’d advise you to wait till it’s on sale as it gets very dull and bare bones when you complete everything. Cutscences and ultimates are capped at 30FPS while the rest of the game runs at 60FPS, in 2025!

Online needs a few improvements, even with good latency it lags sometimes which ruins the whole PvP. I never liked the story mode either, way too easy. But what do you expect from an anime game, not like games like these are going to last long anyway. Some of the demons, especially Akaza also deserved more attention. Like getting another ult for example. I still expect a DLC with a second Akaza and Douma. I don't care that much about the rest. Overall, I would like to recommend this game if only the online PvP was good. PvP was the reason most of us bought this game anway. I bought the last game too late to experience it's peak PvP and was hoping to experience it this time, but let's see. I don't regret buying this game, but I'm not saying that you SHOULD buy this game, considering that it also costs much since it's a brand new game.

Way overpriced...and that's coming from a DS fan... I'd say wait until a 40-50% off discount for this game. Charging $100 CAD is criminal.

dont buy it till like 2 years if you planning to play on pc bc it has very bad controls for keyboards and mouses i cant adjust them or game doesnt even reads my presses in cutscenes so its like fan made game that not even worths 20 dollars

5 years since the first game came out. Hinokami Chronicles 2 makes 1 feel like a test run! The mechanics are similar, but the graphics! The graphics are unlike anything I've ever seen! even Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO can't keep up! If you like Demon Slayer, heck if you like fighting games PLAY THIS GAME!!

This game is basically "What if Demon Slayer let you play the anime and look cool while mashing buttons?" --- Me: “Just gonna chill and do a few fights.” Game: hits me with anime cutscenes, combo explosions, and trauma in 4K Me: “Guess I live here now.” --- What I love: The fights look amazing. Every move feels like the anime. You can play as so many cool characters, including the Hashira. New team ultimates = double the chaos, double the fun. Story mode brings back all the good memories and hype moments. --- Final Thoughts: 10/10. Looks amazing, feels amazing, and even when I lose, I feel like the main character.

I love Demon Slayer, but man this is not good. Fun for about 2 hours (Perfect for no refund) then after if you try to do any of the challenges its awful, the bots are way over powered and do way to much dmg while you do nothing in hard mode, there attacks go off before yours even tho the animation went off of your attack honestly pirate this game if you are a fan of the series just pirate this game not worth and you know this company does not care about online so dont even bother.......
