Not very far in, but 'wow' there is ALOT of AI content. There are little AI moving clips. Like Jason looking at his phone, or the girl doing a duck face. Kinda cute. It started getting weird with it showed a girl eating a burger, and it totally reminded me of that 'Will Smith eating Spagetti' clip. Jaw chewing, Cheek muscles Flexing. Uncanny Valley stuff right there. Then there are the obviously AI generated posters. Content padding happens. Slip in some cookbook cover art, or a little background stuff to keep production cost down. However, you literally make me click on them. Like you're proud of them.
"How much of this game is AI generated?" I asked myself. Music? Yep. Repeating copy-right free jazz.
The dialog too? As soon as i think Jason leaves his room and says "it's seven-twenty-eight. That's early!"
Really? 7:28? Not 730? Or round it down to 7am? No, he says exactly 7:28. It doesn't stop there either. Now that im looking for ChatGPT generated filler, i see it everywhere. Word choices are super odd. The whole three element sentence structure. Now I'm spending more time looking at AI content than enjoying a story.
Skip it guys, skip it.
The core gameplay, story and writing are what you'd expect from a good quality adult visual novel, but it really raises the bar for visuals for both still images and animation. It also has way better variety of body types of characters, with real-looking women instead of the ubiquitous balloon breasts that a lot of games present.

This game definitely has set a benchmark with realistic animations. The Movies we watch are generally around 24 FPS and live action is somewhere around 30 to 45 FPS and that's what this game simulates. It has what people look for in a sex game, all the pervy fantasies and this one has it all including the creepy incest stuff.
The main protagonist Jason looks more like a 19 year old out to score at everything he can but it still depends on player choices. Talking about choices if you want to score, then there is plenty out there from hairy MILFs, hookers, nerds, alt girls, Jason's own girl friend etc. The story didn't get me hooked like some other games out there right from the start which i must say was pretty dull.
Overall JASON, Coming of Age really stands out purely from a technical perspective and may set a benchmark for other developers to try something similar with Realism. I totally recommend this.

its ok. reason i have 16 hours is because i fell asleep a couple of times. maybe i expected to much. just when it was getting good it ends on cliff hanger. i wouldnt recommend but also not bash it with a thumbs down
I played the game about a year ago, but now I wanted to support the developer, so I purchased the Steam version right after release. To be honest, I’m incredibly excited. I’ve only played for a few hours so far, but there’s already a lot of new content. The quality of the renders is among the best I’ve seen.
I love that I can customize, choose, and prefer natural, hairy women and trans women as well. The AI-generated videos are fantastic. There are plenty of them, sometimes multiple versions of the same scene, which really adds to replayability. Their quality is excellent and often very realistic, which makes the immersion even stronger. I think this combination of top-tier 3D rendering, modeling and AI animation is the future of VNs.
The new save system is great for players who save often or like to explore multiple storylines at once. The work on the music and playlists is also very good and enhances the overall atmosphere.
For me, this release is one of the best in recent years, and it’s absolutely worth the price. I don’t regret spending a single cent on this game. I read that the content of a base game lasts around 10 hours, but as a completionists, I expect to spend much more time in it. The wait was truly worth it, and I want to thank the developer for this amazing game. I hope new content will keep coming more frequently.

Absolutely top-tier AVN. Renders, animations are really, really good. Story is interesting. And the best part, to me, is characters with REAL bodies. So nice to see a dev show 'real' people can be sexy, too.
Ive got mixed feelings about this game. First of all the good! the cut scene graphics are fantastic some of the best ive ever seen in an adult visual novel. Also the characters are much more natural looking than other games and most characters are interesting and likeable. Now the not so good, the introduction up until moving in to the apartment (which is where the game should have started!) is a complete borefest! i ended up just clicking through it and not paying attention in the end. Im glad i didnt realise there was a demo because if this was its content i wouldnt have bought the game. Also i found the hair thing really wierd and off putting, some scenes felt like i was in 1970s Germany! At the start of the game just give players a choice of shaved,trimmed or unshaven. Not lets lock up the hair options....super strange. The save section and stats seem over complicated with little explanation of how they work. Constantly hunting for you last save point is really annoying.Save boxes like in every other game work just fine, if it aint broke dont fix it! Finally its a brand new game and theres not a lot of content. Part 1 seemed disapointingly short. So id say buy this game but in a few years when theres a decent amount more content to play.
Great game, I love the story, it got me engaged. the characters are awesome. Have to do some replays as I have missed some. Can't wait for part 2 as I will start from the beginning again. To me it is such a great game that I have no problems playing it over.
The ai scenes are top notch and better than any game I've ever seen and definitely changes the game when it comes to AVNs, I would prefer if there was more non-linear gameplay while progressing the story (it's basically a click simulator). I found the game to be way too short (3 hours?) with 1 sex scene in each path I took, as well as one relatively short free roam outside of the intro....
Regarding women, if you like women on the heavier & hairier side then this is for you, I would definitely prefer more petite women especially earlier on in the game (although there are still some options but not neaaaarly as many)
This is somewhat your typical harem building visual novel. However, it has some interesting features I haven't seen in other ones.
The true stand out are the images. The artistic style is nearly photo-realistic. The model work and textures are really well done.
But what really impresses me are the animations. This VN has some of the most realistic character animation I've ever seen. Skin stretches and relaxes, folds just like it was real. The muscles move and flex. There is no clipping when one character puts their hand on another. Even loose hairs are perfectly colliding with clothing and bending realistically. It makes this one stand head and shoulders above the others, particularly the ones made with Daz 3D (you keep seeing the same faces in the various VN's).
All in all, a very enjoyable game.
Didn't realise AI was used to make this game until after I bought it, the disclaimer for use of AI was way down the bottom of the page so I missed it before purchase. But when playing it's so obvious AI was used in a lot of aspects. Including messing up the translated text from french to English.
I'm incredibly disappointed.
My take on the game:
1. Interesting story with a premise that's been around in other novels, but they knew how to take advantage of it.
2. Interesting characters. I really loved Marya. I can't wait to see what happens next season.
3. All the customizations within the game are very notable, so everyone feels comfortable with their preferences (this, for me, is one of the key things that makes the game stand out).
4. The music is exquisite and very well chosen. From the moment I saw the intro, I knew this section was going to be great. (Highly recommended in this regard.)
The only detail is that I hope the next season is a little longer and they develop each character's story even more, because this season is a bit short, to be honest.
This game (with great potential), looks and feels like the next generation of stimulating, high quality AVNs, and is superior to all of the other efforts I've experienced. I even appreciate the Michael Moorcock 'Elric' references, since I've read the entire series a long time ago in a galaxy far far away.
And the suggestive (to sexy and slutty), poster art is new and clever.
But the game's physical honesty and realistic graphics make it a cut above.
BTW: IMO The baddie is almost a blatant copy from the game 'Depraved Awakenings,' or it's just an amazing coincidence - oops, my bad.
Please hire more designers and crank it up Sparky now that you've introduced a metric ton of new and interesting characters. Thank you for taking the time to be creative, deliberate, and thoughtful in your work.
