Inb4 apologists say, "hurr just reroll your challenges durr." NO, you cannot reroll the best challenge - the core weekly challenge which is tied to this SLOP ROYALE. I paid a premium to support the sandbox I love not to chase dead trends. I love Battlefield. I love Battlefield 6. I hate Battle Royale. I bought Battlefield 6 for its multiplayer sandbox and at no point in the advertising materials did it state that I'd have to share my career/weapon progression challenges with Battle Royale. I bought the expensive edition for the Battlepass knowing there wasn't a Battle Royal mode that would rob me of content. I HATE Battle Royale. Why am I paying a premium to be locked out of progress for not playing a mode that wasn't in any of the marketing materials or advertisements. Had I known I'd be locked out of progress I certainly would not have pre-purchased this game or the edition that included a Battlepass. This is a bait-and-switch and highly illegal under FTC guidelines and I have filed a complaint with the agency regarding this illicit activity. Fix this immediately. Compensate wronged players. Get back to expanding the sandbox that we all bought this game for. We need larger maps, more vehicles on spawns, capture points further apart, and locked weapons. We need revives on the leaderboard. What are you guys doing? I hate having to leave a negative review because I love Battlefield but it is clear EA doesn't want to make a Battlefield. They made one as a bait to lure in longtime fans only to rug-pull us a few weeks after launch. This is a solid 9/10 experience prior to the asinine decision to punish core fans for not liking SLOP. Now I need MORE than just big maps. I was wondering how EA would shoot themselves in the foot with such a well crafted and well optimized game but I wasn't expecting FORCING YOUR CORE FANBASE TO PLAY ROYALE SLOP. Did you guys learn NOTHING from shoving forced game modes down our throats from 2042? You tried to make the other big SLOP genre a thing with the "hero shooter" elements and that game and blew the plane up before it left the runway. Now you do this $H!T. STOP IT! BF6 is a banger of a game, dont normally leave season pass reviews but someone put a negative review for "not having horses" and for being "first" so this is to offset the smooth brains.

I bought it to support the game. Mainly because they are finally addressing all hackers and banning them. BUT, I don't want to be FORCED to play as females... Come on people, I paid for the game, let me choose ANY gender or skin I want too without BS unlocks.

I was stupid enough to buy the pro battle pass. Mocking COD in the launch trailer and becoming COD just 18 days later + worst bf map in history.. congrats. Edit: I would like to clarify something retrospectively. I am referring exclusively to S1 here. I am very disappointed with the new oil fields map, as I find it too small and crammed with things, and there are too many vehicles available for its size. That's my opinion. If you like the map, cool. I also find some of the newly available skins (characters + weapons) ridiculous, to say the least. But I can definitely recommend BF6 itself. Cheers

Progres on battle pass is locked behind battle royal challenges. I paid for the game and for battle pass in this game NOT to be fors to play something else. WTF!!!

Is this DLC included in the Phantom Edition? (Yes) If so why is that not shown anywhere on this page? Be advised, there is nothing in the DLC that is not included in the Phantom Edition. It's still weird that it doesn't say that anywhere on this store page so buyer beware. If you have the Phantom Edition, this purchase is basically just a 25 USD tip to EA.

Forcing players to play your BR just for BP rewards is disgusting. I dont think anyone should buy this unless you like the poorly designed "tacti-cool" skins in your "Grounded and Realism" shooter. I bought this solely because im retarded and i like battlepass rewards

I dont recomend this DLC. Just because this is not battlefiled.... for some unknown reason they added battle royal mode in battlefield... and this DLC actualy force you make mission to this mode to unlock skins etc... I dont get it.... They do mistakes in the past by making older battlefield games be something else... They learn from mistakes and they give us the awesome battlefield 6.... And insteed of continue on the success they make DLC that is actualy Battle Roayal..... WTF you dont understent there in EA???? WE BUY BATTLEFIELD BECAUSE WE WANT TO PLAY BATTLEFIELD! If we want to play ANYTHING else we will play ANYTHING else.... What the next plan???? make JET FIGHTER Racing DLC???? Stop changing the games... Stop be Endless GREEDY! After >78 hours of fun, since they actually delivered a SOLID game, I'd say it's worth it. Not for everyone, of course.

If you buy this, you can play Pantera on the vehicle radios and even nearby enemies can hear. 10 / 10 worth it for that alone.

If you have the phantom's edition don't buy this. You already have it. I've made this mistake as others as well. EA support says it's a steam problem, and steam does not give a shit, so just do yourself a favor and don't buy this. Also, there is nothing really great about the content anyway.

Most comments dont make sense. Skins are a little bit flashy but nothin like cod...and also people complaining about battle royal like they forgetting bf5 did this aswell... Now I wouldnt say its worth it but its up to you to check the cosmetics first and then make your decision about the purchase... Now personally I like to stand out a little bit with the skins BUT I am aware if I wear flashy outfit Ill get spotted easily and thats my skill issue im willing to make.

Worth the money? Probably not, but I like this game and want to support future development. Like mama always says, people gon' find somethin' to complain about no matter what.

game forces you to play the BR for large chunks of battlepass progression. cant even play the way you want to and make decent progression
