Absolute TRASH..... jeeezus why do they bother to make crap like this? The art is fair at best, the game play is non existent ..... and it's one of those 100 energy a day type games that needs 20 energy per " automated " fight in which you click " flight " then AFK till you click " Continue " at end of fight.... just go watch some anima porn, your time would be better spent and IT's at least free.... this is going to milk your wallet harder than you milk yer cawk

In 2026, a lot of people make resolutions, ban themselves from things, start losing weight. I decided to go a different way — I supported my inner senses and, for the first time, opened a game in my library with a porn-tinged vibe full of juicy, revealed maidens. And I have to say, it wasn’t a mistake. What was I doing all this time? Because seeing immersive cards with a story, a campaign, perfectly shaped breasts, and tight brazilian panties? I have to admit, it’s not as spicy as I imagined, and that’s exactly why, as a beginner in the world of porn gems on Steam, this one worked for me — it’s not absolutely perverted. Well...not all the time. I feel pleasantly harmonized. Every day, thanks to its ladders and main rewards, the game pushes me to come back, visit it, and fight. And not just for boobs! SmutStone has a great story-driven charm, excellent achievements, desires, and secrets. The campaign delivers beautiful retro nude art and a funny story. It feels like a ’90s porn comic, back when penis still had sideburns and mustache. I’m having a blast and laughing! One point out of ten I’d deduct because it’s a 50:50 pay-to-win–type core system, but even those — including me — who don’t spend money can still enjoy themselves and grind their way to the goal. I’d definitely welcome better access to earning red gems, and I’d happily endure a longer road to the finish! Highly recommended. 👙 9/10 — Porn-hub recommends 👙

Downloaded so I can have a nice wholesome time with my friends, and instead it was exactly like hearthstone. Disappointed

I'll start with the con - Its pay to win... that's it. The pros - They've added ways to get gold and gems for free. It can be extremely grindy but at least its an option, but the developers release so many hot heroines and pictures that the time spent is worth it.

I thought this game was gonna be like hearthstone with titties but I was seriously misguided with the name Smutstone. This game sucks.

What on earth did I just try to play. Absolutely terrible. Unimaginative, cheap, and IQ-draining. Gave up after 3 minutes and stayed in the game long enough to unlock the ability to leave a review and save other players from it.

I'd never played anything like this before and was thrilled to stumble upon a new genre. I loved the visuals and cards, as well as the simple gameplay.

This is a disgrace to adult games and lowers the quality of the category.

The AI generated content disclosure for this game states:

Our team crafts each character's design by hand, with careful planning and creativity at the core of our process. While we utilize AI tools in the initial stages to help our artists quickly add fine details, our game does not feature live-generated AI content.

This may or may not be true regarding the content of the game. However, the marketing material, specifically the images on the steam page and the main banner/image of the game itself is AI generated. The face on the characters in those images is very recognizable.

In short, it's a collectible card game in which you must assemble a deck of battle beauties, their spells, and gems, and battle against other enemy decks in the story or against enemies in the arena. The goal is to drain all the enemy hero's health while monitoring your own health, or defeat all the enemy cards with your own. The battle is randomized, which can significantly impact the outcome, for better or worse. The game's unique feature is that before each battle, you must build your own deck to help you win. To do this, you have a variety of cards, initially weak, then stronger ones that replace older cards, so think twice before maxing out a card right now. The goal is to destroy your opponent, and to do this, you need to build a strong deck, at least from the third location. You can start with simple cards. Building a deck like this takes a ton of time, as not all cards are unlocked at the start of the game. They need to be unlocked by purchasing special boxes and participating in regular events. It's an addictive process, and I love it.

This game surprised me with how much content it offers for a card-based strategy. The variety of heroes and factions makes every deck feel different. Battles are not just about luck, you really need to think about elements and synergies. I like that I don’t need to stay online all day to progress. Events and rewards appear regularly, which keeps motivation high. Overall, it’s a solid game for long play.

Waste of time. No strategy, no control. Not worth the time for the waifu.

I work in game dev, doing what we call "monetisation". I don't think players appreciate just how sophisticated this game is. It's 100% straight up a PsyOps designed to frustrate players into spending. All of the timers and systems are designed to almost give you something then dangle completion at a price. I enjoy the game not for the art, but for the challenge of breaking the PsyOp and advancing without spending. If you are here for the artwork, or a sense of accomplishment, I think most players will find the experience frustrating. This "game" is here to intentionally frustrate you until you spend or quit. Spending just causes the game to come at you even more aggressively, so frustration levels will never decline.

A solid free-to-play card game. Paying can speed things up, but patient players can still progress without spending money.

The game boasts incredible atmosphere and humor, perfect for card battle fans. It'll keep you hooked for hours.

The 'game' starts with some easy fights but very soon you will realize that is it not much of a game: you can just edit 3 different decks of cards and then let the game auto-fight these decks against other players or story characters of the campaign. Also very soon you will run out of resources to upgrade your cards and that is probably the point where most will either quit (because there is no way to advance your cards anymore) or pay - and I guess most will rather quit than continue to pay for a more or less pointless game where the only purpose of advancing your cards is the discovery of a few new pictures of (mostly) medium or low quality. These pictures by the way are partly recycled from a different/older game: "Dirty League" from the same developer/publisher. Even the way the game is built is almost a copy of the other game, they just changed the auto-battles a little bit but the 'events', the way the 'league' is organized, the (long) waiting time for any resource gains (like energy and free chests from the store) and the early paywall are all constructed in a very similar way... just so that those of weaker minds will open their wallets to just go a little bit further in the game...

this game hooked me more than I expected. the amount of cards, mechanics, and events gives a lot of freedom to create your own playstyle. while progress can take time without spending, it still feels rewarding and motivating.

A very enjoyable card game with stylish visuals and a pleasant atmosphere. The heroes are well designed and make you want to collect and upgrade them. Gameplay feels simple at first, but gradually opens up into deeper strategy. I especially like that you can play in short sessions and still feel progress. Free-to-play players can achieve a lot with patience. Definitely worth trying if you like tactical games.

What I enjoy most is how flexible the gameplay is. You can play casually or focus on optimization of deck.. The number of cards and heroes allows for endless experimentation. Visuals are clean and pleasant, especially the character art. The game doesn’t pressure you to spend money immediately.

This game is nothing but a pure cash grab gacha! It cares about one thing and that's your money. Now on to my actual review. Despite the games predatory behavior with constant purchase adds, it also has a TON of glitches and bugs that can set your progress back to nothing. Just in the last 2 days I had ALL my stocked up energy and gold completely wiped from my account with no ability to recover it (the two most important resources needed - outside of gems of course!). When you couple the horrible random glitches with the money spent, I cannot under any circumstances recommend this game to anyone. Dev's fix your game!

Game is Card Battles. I like the game, It flows well. The art is a massive down grade from all similar titles, even the same studio... So I dont understand why exactly... Otherwise it would have been great for what it is. As always.. pay wall, Pay to win... One day, one day we will have a a game with sexy art that isnt pay to win. one day.
