Lazy, really lazy DLC. Every unit should be unique, why are a lot of the units just reskins? The macadonian reskin of byz is literally just byz???? The golden horde is cool, japan doesnt have enough units, the new deli doesnt have enough units. Im failing to see £16 here? Very, very lazy and disappointed. Wait for a sale for this DLC.
Also, fix your matchmaking and disable family sharing, Sick of people (smurfing) cheating.
The game is officially in money grab mode. NO new campaigns, no new units. Just new civs with more ridiculous passive crap. This is no longer age of empires, this is some random garbage game.
i wanna find thos idiots that rated dlc bad...if i find u ill put dlc in ur a.. dlc is great,all new civs are great and biomes are fire{new maps are sht tho} i highly recommend everyone to get it
A roguelike mode and 4 new civ variants. The crucible is a really cool mode that allows adapting your playstyle by unlocking perks, and hopefully we get coop as well in the future. For me, the lack of coop this is the only con for now. The civs seem to be quite complex, but bring a lot of new concepts to the game. Overall a good DLC for the price.
Civ's seem nice but thats it.
Completely unbalanced in some cases and not tested at all it seems.
Some of the new units not gaining stats from upgrades and ashigaru musketeer from new japanese civ are missing voices.
At this stage not worth the twenty bucks, especially if it isnt even fully voiced.
Shout out to all of the haters complaining about no new campaign but then completely sleeping on the highly dynamic & interesting new Crucible mode, which is better than any campaign they could have added!
Why y'all hating? This is practically worth it for that mode alone.
